His dedication to volunteering with organizations that support special needs populations started while he attended Queen of Peace High School and continued as he studied at Seton Hall University. <image:caption>Jared began working with adults with developmental disabilities at Camp Crossroads, in Port Murray, NJ in 2003. The relationships formed and lessons learned there introduced Jared to a lifelong passion for the community. After meeting his wife at Rutgers University, they volunteered together with the New Day Community. As work drew Jared out of state, and reduced his physical presence at camp, Jared began to crave the chance to continue contributing. The founding of Circle Up allowed Jared to renew his service to the community in conjunction with the collective wealth of volunteer and professional experience found in the Board of Directors. Jared works in hotel management and resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife, Lacey, and daughter, Elle.</image:caption>
